Andtech was formed in 1998 in response to the need for a quality service company in the Label printer environment. The underlying success of the company is as a result of meeting the high expectations of our customers.
Our initial purpose was to be a repair center for label printers and bar-coding equipment. The quality service that our customers received, resulted in Andtech being asked to supply labels and ribbons as well. We then became masters in the integration of mobile computers (PDA’s) to work with systems such as SAP.
We have since then partnered with a number of Distributors for the supply and installation of various brands, Including Argox, Sato, Datalogic and Newland. Andtech has also been appointed as an official distributor of Godexprinters, Xprinterprinters, TSCprinters, and Syble Barcode Scanners.
In 2005 we purchased our first label converting machine. This was done in order to give our customers confidence in our ability to supply quality labels and thermal transfer ribbons at reasonable prices. In 2007 we purchased a four color converter and in 2011 we purchased a thermal transfer ribbon slitter.
The combination of all of the above has placed us in a strong position to be a complete ( One stop shop) quality supplier to our customers. Andtech Barcode Systems has a simple tagline, it reflects our pride and commitment to you.
2014 has been an exciting year for us. In October, we received an award from TSC label printers for the highest growth in the EMEA region. This award was presented to us in Barcelona at the 2014 annual TSC partner meeting.
We have also added another label converter to our factory. We can now offer even faster delivery times, adding to our impressive track record.
2016 – 2018 has been a period of conciliation, We completed a number of successful major RF installations around the country. Made many new friends, and We have made some big changes. We are now officially a level 2 BBB-EE company. This opens many doors, and creates opportunities for exponential growth.
We also successfully re-developed our Andtech Bag printer. We have changed the brand from a TEC printer to a TSCprinter. This has placed us in a better position to support our customers, as sourcing of printers and spare parts is no longer a problem.
2019 – August, Teklynx appointed Andtech as a Value added reseller of their Software.
2020 – May, Xprinter appointed Andtech as a Distributor of their Label printers and Receipt printers.
2020 – October, Syble Barcode scanners appointed Andtech as a Distributor of their Barcode Scanners.
2020 – December, Godex appointed Andtech as a Distributor of their Label printers.
2021 – TSC announces that they have now sold more than 5 million TSCprinters worldwide.
Following a product re-evaluation process We have decided to discontinue the active marketing of some brands. If You require these, We can still supply them.
