At Andtech Barcode Systems we operate a first class workshop Label printer repair service. We offer a cost effective printer repair service if you send it in to our workshop for an obligation free quote.

Our in house workshop is also equipped to offer repair services for a wide range of other related equipment, whether that be rewinder’s , barcode scanners or data capture devices. If it’s used in the label printing, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality or retail sectors there is a good chance we’ll be able to fix it!

Andtech is not authorised to repair some brands, this means that the manufacturer will not supply us with spare parts. As a result We are forced to use alternative spares. We do however have a wide range of parts for most of the popular makes of label printers.

It is unfortunate, but if the manufacturer won’t supply us with spares, then We can’t support You, our customers. It therefore follows that We as a company can not and will not recommend those brands.
